Excited to share that we've successfully implemented TPM activities in CMD precision products private limited, Tiruvallur, Chennai. Our efforts have led to a significant improvement in OEE, quality rate, and inventory reduction. We've reduced raw material inventory by 36% and FG inventory by 30%, while improving OEE from 70% to 90%. Quality rate has also improved from 95% to 99.5% by reducing scrap and rework. We have made significant changes to our sales entry process in our Bangalore market after joining. Here are some of the changes we have implemented:1. Area Mapping: Previously, there were no boundaries for distributors. Now, we are mapping the coverage areas of FMCG-standard retail outlets. Each distributor is responsible for covering 240 outlets per week.2. Expanded Retail Coverage: In the past, our distributors were limited to covering a certain number of outlets that only accepted cash payments. This restricted their ability to add new outlets. However, we have now started covering existing outlets while also adding new outlets to each distributor's beats. This additional coverage has provided a boost to our primary sales for the distributors.3. Focus on Primary and Secondary Sales: We have taken on more responsibility in managing secondary sales on a daily basis. This allows us to ensure that the distributors can meet their primary sales targets, thus contributing to the overall monthly sales figures.4. Wholesale Market: The wholesale market has proven to be a significant contributor to our sales numbers with minimal effort. The margins and pricing differences compared to retail outlets play a role in generating larger volumes and revenues.5. Adding New Distributors: To cover vacant areas, we are adding new distributors to our network.These changes have helped us optimize our sales operations in the Bangalore market.
